Terms And Conditions

1. BASIC CHARGES

Please note that charges and Security ₹3000 In Cash are payable 100% in advance.

1.1 Security Deposit	₹ 3,000
1.2 Half Day Shoot (06 Hours) From 8:00 AM to 2:00 PM or 2:30 PM to 8:30 PM	₹ 10,000
1.3 Full Day Shoot (12 Hours – from 8:00 AM to 8:00 PM)	₹ 15,000
1.4 An additional Helper (Non-technical) full day is complimentary; any extra helper will be charged	₹ 500
1.5 Studio opens for shooting	7:30 AM
1.6 Studio closing time	8:30 PM
a. A soft reminder will be given 30 minutes before end of your shoot time.
b. Shooting must stop at the end of your shoot time. Extra time beyond the booking can be only be granted provided, on chargable bases, if there is no other booking for the next slot.
c. Makeup room usage is complimentary and available from your booking start time until returning the key to the office.
d. Any extra time beyond the booking will be charged as follows –
e. End of booking time + half an hour	₹ 800
f. End of booking time + half an hour + next half an hour	₹ 1500
g. Only 1 guest is allowed to accompany the couple; children are not permitted. An additional person will incur a charge of ₹1500 per person. Please note, pets are also not allowed.
h. Please inform 24 hours from booking date to shoot on Swimming Pool.
Extra time charges shall be deducted automatically from the Security Deposit.

NOTES: Since timing is important, it would help to plan your shoot beforehand. This would include planning the sequence of your shoot as well as the props etc. that you may require. A list of rentable props is available for your to choose from at our Studio.

2.9 Convertible Open Car – ₹ 1000 (30 Minutes)
2.10 Proposal Setup – ₹ 1000 (30 Minutes)

3. PANTRY CHARGES

3.1 Beverage

Ice Tea – ₹ 60/-

3.2 Snacks
Veggie burger – ₹ 80/-

3.3 Breakfast and Lunch (Please inform us at least one day in advance).
1) Breakfast- Paratha With curd @ 50 Rs per person
2) Lunch – Veg Thali- Rice, Daal, Mix Veg or panner with Tawa Chappati @ 180 Rs per plate
3) Rajma Chawal 150 Rs per plate

3.4 NOTES:
Charges for the Props are specified in a detail sheet.
Please keep notes regarding the use of consumable props and inform the reception of the same while signing out.
Breakfast timing is 8:30 AM – 10:30 AM
Lunch Last time is 1:30 PM – 4:00 PM

4. NON-CHARGEABLE FACILITIES

4.1 Water dispenser is available without any extra charges at main entrance.
4.2 Parking Facility.
4.3 Please do provide your phone number along with your vehicle number at the reception in case you need to be contacted to move the vehicle
4.4 Please note that the parking is at your own risk and responsibility. Please DO NOT leave any valuables inside the vehicle.

5. DISCOUNTS AND INCENTIVES

5.1 Multiple Bookings
5.2 Membership Discount
5.3 Early Bird Incentive for completing shoot on or before time.
5.4 Incentive for filling Feedback Form. Every three months, we will shortlist (and reward) the best three ideas received via feedback.

6. RESTRICTIONS

(WHAT, yOu tHouGht wE CAN’T SAY NO?)

6.1 Only the photographers and the subjects are allowed in the Shooting Area. Guests are not allowed. Guests need to remain in the waiting area designated for them.
6.2 NO SHOES inside the Shooting Area. Only the Subjects may keep their shoes on while their shots are being taken.
6.3 Phone photography is strictly prohibited!!! Joking feel free to pull out your Phone Cameras or hire a professional DSLR From us and try your hand…
