Application for Telecaller Position at Future Forward

Position Overview:
As a Telecaller at Future Forward, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, helping them with inquiries about our camera and photography products and services. Your role is vital in ensuring excellent customer service and providing information that aids in their purchasing decisions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls and receive inbound inquiries.
• Provide information about products and services to potential customers.
• Assist customers in resolving their queries and concerns effectively.
• Maintain records of calls and customer interactions in our database.
• Collaborate with the sales team to help close customer inquiries effectively.

Requirements:

• Strong communication skills in Hindi and English.
• Basic knowledge of cameras and photography equipment.
• Prior experience in customer service or sales is preferred, but freshers are also welcome.
• Positive attitude and a willingness to learn.
