Job Overview
Position: Sales — Telecaller (Incoming Calls)
Type: Full-time
Location: Lajpat Nagar II, New Delhi
Experience: Freshers & Experienced both welcome
Salary: Competitive with incentives
What You’ll Do
- Attend incoming customer calls
- Understand their needs and guide them with product info
- Explain offers, features, and resolve basic queries
- Follow-up with interested leads
- Maintain daily records on CRM system
- Confident communication skills (Hindi & basic English)
- Basic computer knowledge
- Patient, polite, and persuasive nature
- Ability to understand and explain technical products (training will be given)
- Willingness to learn and grow with us
