Job Overview
Position: Laptop Technician / Head of Service Department
Type: Full-time
Location: Lajpat Nagar II, & Faridabad
Experience: 4–5 years in laptop servicing preferred
Salary: Competitive with incentives
🧩 What You’ll Do
- Diagnose and repair laptops (Apple, Windows, etc.)
- Replace or upgrade internal components like RAM, SSDs, screens, etc.
- Handle hardware and software-related issues
- Maintain repair logs and update system status
- (Head Role) Lead the team, ensure workflow & quality control
✅ What We’re Looking For
- 4–5 years of experience in laptop repairs (Windows & Mac)
- Strong knowledge of hardware diagnosis & component replacement
- Familiarity with service logs, ticketing, and tracking systems
- (For Head Role) Experience in managing small tech teams
- Comfortable working in a structured, process-oriented setup
- Willingness to coordinate with retail + online sales teams
- Problem-solving mindset with speed & accuracy
